Disable Illustro Version-Checking

My gut reaction is that smurfier's approach works best. illustro is installed by default unless you "uncheck" it during the install. Problem with a later "uninstall" option is that particularly for those following the weekly betas, it will just get installed again on each beta release, and that quickly would turn into a pain in the butt too.

I'll add a checkbox to the installer for the next beta. It will default to checked unless Rainmeter is already installed without illustro (for Standard installs only).
