I like the clock and uptime meter; nice visual concept!
I haven't looked at the code, but I wonder if there's a simple way to change the hour slice colors based on the time of day. For example, a light color between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, and a darker color for 6 pm to 6 am, just to differentiate.
Regardless, good work!

Re: Cobalt 1.1
Calc on AM/PM maybe? or perhaps an "If" AM #colour1#, else #colour2#? Sadly, I am great on ideas, weak on implementation I will have a poke with that later.
I'm working on a new theme that builds on what I have learned to date with Cobalt and addresses all the things I'd like to change with hindsight, but every so often I need to tweak something.
I was struggling to get uptime acting like anything other than a digital clock for the new modular suite I'm writing and when I found a solution I got the "Whoa! would that would be cool if I could just..." moment...

Re: Cobalt 1.1
Media player updated with button meters replacing image meters for the "buttons"!, Font tweak and slight reduction in physical size. Much happier with the look.

Re: Cobalt 1.3
Found a small bug. In the processor skin you use "IgnoredProcess" in [MeasureTopCPU] but it should be "GlobalIgnoredProcess" . Before the change things like _Total and Idel were displayed and after they aren't.
BTW - thanks this is a GEAT skin.

Re: Cobalt 1.3
Thanks for the kind words and the input, good spot, I actually use "Processors Top Process" by default so didn't notice at all!
GlobalIgnoredProcesses=Idle|%Total|rundll32|wscript|userinit
is the fix I have just applied, so I will finish off the Instagram skin and upload a new version later on.
