How to create a 3 button skin with 3 different states?

its working nicely only I would like to prevent dragging..

You can right click the skin and under "Settings" uncheck "Draggable".

I have created a drag area but I want to make it fade in/out
I tried !RainmeterShowFade doesnt work.. something is wrong

It would be easier to help if you posted the updated code you have with the mouseoveraction you are trying to implement.
