message display help for a noob !REVIVED!

after playing with the example and my own meter i deemed it impossible and moved on. and started to improve my meter in other fields. I modded a weather and made a hide/show drive switch with hides the weather to display the externals HDD on connect. all was going well until I found a cool Japanese time and date clock that I wanted to implement into my meter. I cant seem to get the day meter to show on my rainmeter for the life of me but it will show on the other rainmeter. Am I missing something? any advice would be great Ive spent a good amount of time on this before crawling back here for help.
