Hello, I'm new rainmeter and think it's absolutely awesome.
I use it with windows7. I'm not a programmer but would like to read about how to start to create a skin. I have an idea for a skin but not sure how or where to start. I would like a rainmeter skin that mimics the Mac osx dashboard. However I would want the background transparent to match window7 transparent aero theme. Maybe this has already been created if so please provide information where I can download.
Regards, Rex

Is this what you mean? http://weelie69.deviantart.com/art/Mac-Bar-3-0-in-English-195857530 or http://sound-wall.deviantart.com/art/MacBar-3-0-White-200349637?q=in%3Acustomization%2Fskins%20sort%3Atime&qo=124
Those skins might give you a starting point to creating your own.
