It's not running and when I click the .exe the cursor change for 1 sec and nothing happens...
With rainenv it only allows me to browse, can't click on the analyse box...

I'm just not sure what is going on. Perhaps some antivirus or other security software is giving you trouble, you could try temporarily turning them off and install 2.0 again and see if it behaves any differently. First I would try restarting your PC, then install again, just to be sure it isn't just something hung up on your system.

Problem solved... I restarted anyway, but then instaled it with firefox...
The problem seem to be with ie8...
