prevent from dissappearing on desktop

how do you prevent a skin from disappearing on the desktop when you press windows key+D or alt+tab?

all of the skin I created disappears when i press windows key+D or alt+tab
but the skin i'm using from the enigma theme does not disappear

In the right click context menu for the skin, set "Settings / Position" to "On Desktop"
