Re-install Rainmeter over top of what you have now, so you get back the Rainmeter folder in the start menu, then carefully read again what I said to do...

and tell me where can i find the "Start Menu Folder"??
Am running Windows 7 64bit

Just click on the "Start" icon on the very left side of your Windows task bar. Then click on "All Programs" You will see a folder called "Startup" in the list. Click it.
Now you will see one or more entries under that. You should see one called "Rainmeter" if not others, depending on how your system is set up.
Right click "Rainmeter" and say "Delete".
That should do it.
Your "Start" icon will look different than mine, but otherwise you should see something like this:
If this doesn't make sense or work for you, you might want to check out:
