Not receiving E-mail notifications on Posts

Hello folks

Is there anyone else not receiving their e-mail notifications for posts?

Or am I the only one?

I have not received any e-mail notifications in about 48 to 72 hours.

I was just contacted through a member at DEVART and he has not yet received his confirmation e-mail, for a new account, as well

I will check the ACP, as my UCP says I should be receiving :!: : :!: :!:

I have just verified a ton of the following errors

E-mail error
» EMAIL/PHP/mail()
/forum/ucp.php

And I have also verified that there are literally hundreds of folks that have not verified their accounts, but more importantly I just verified that any one who has attempted to sign up for an account in the last 48+ hours has not been getting their e-mail approval.

I am tempted to approve the accounts, but I have no idea how many are spammers

I would venture to say that our mail SMTP is screwed, and apparently I do not have access to these controls, I may have but I am so frustrated at the moment that I can no longer look at the ACP Panel.
