It comes up with a warning that says "The Rainmeter.ini file is not writable."

How do I fix this?

This happened to me also. I downloaded a Tron skin and installed it and it worked perfectly, then tried an Iron man download http://scrollsofaryavart.deviantart.com/art/IronMan-Jarvis-Theme-Desktop-192148062
I tried to install it but that thing came up. So I'm in need of help too.
Well I'm not sure if that's the same error type message, but it was something like that.
