No Available Skins at "Pathname" (to a folder of a skin I downloaded off of deviantart.com)
I searched around and didn't find this question anywhere, any help would be awesome.

If it's not important to keep your current setup intact, then exit Rainmeter, go to your application data folder* and delete Rainmeter.ini.
If you do need to keep your setup, then exit Rainmeter, open the same Rainmeter.ini in a text editor, and delete the section related to the skin you downloaded. You'll see the skin path in [Brackets], followed by a number of lines - delete all of them up to the next set of brackets.
*Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\Application Data\Rainmeter. Windows Vista & Win7: C:\Users\YourName\Appdata\Roaming\Rainmeter.
