I don't really know how to describe this. I downloaded Rainmeter today, but when I tried to run it, this happened.
What should I do?

Start customizing... That's the standard Enigma theme. So everything is working like it should (as far as I can tell).

Are you sure that's how it's supposed to be? The pictures on the homepage don't have the normal taskbar.

That's because it's hidden.
Rainmeter is not a shell replacement. It just let's you add stuff to monitor your system (and other stuff). But it won't do what explorer does.
So yes. I'm very sure it looks like it should. :)
