Problem installing Rainmeter

When I try to install Rainmeter it gives me an error and I don't really know what to do with it as I'm new to Rainmeter.

If anyone knows what's going wrong I'd like to know how to fix it.

Edit: I'm trying to run it on Windows Vista Home Basic.

Copy the installer into %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp and try running it from there.

Thanks! I tried something like that on a different site, been looking for a solution since I posted.
But yours was the only one that worked!
