I think the right-click menu of Rainmeter tray icon need serious improvements..
This would be better IMO:

- Gadgets/Skins/or something better (instead of Configs) >
--- Random
------- Style 1.ini
------- Style 2.ini
- Active Gadgets (this would show all open configs/skins/whatever) >
--- Random
------- Close
------- etc.
- More >
--- Show log file
--- Edit settings
--- Help
--- About...
- Exit

Another possibility would be to have something like Rainlendar when you decide which skin will be showing. It has an arrow in the middle that basically tells the new skin to load. Something with like check marks possibly. If something similar could be used that allows you to choose which configs will be a part of a given theme and a method to launch those configs, that would be cool.
