rainmeter wont execute

so for some reason rainmeter wont open up this: LeftMouseDownAction=!execute ["C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL desk.cpl"] and a really need it for my skin, why wont rainmeter open it?

I believe you only need quotes "" around the actual path, not the shell32.dll
That is, of course, if that is some sort of command for rundll32.exe to execute.
