Does anyone know if there is a tide meter available? If not how would I go about creating one?

example:
Current Tide - High, Outgoing, Low, Incoming (for a specific location) with maybe a wave showing the current tide.
And maybe integrate current moon phase?

is any of this possible?

Foremost, this is posted in the wrong section, should be in Rainmeter Help or possibly Skin Development.

And secondly, you would need to find an RSS feed for the tide.
After that, just follow the RSS Tutorial and look and test around.
There are moon phase skins, like in the Enigma skin. Look at that to see how it works.
