Rainmeter install hanging on me

So hey, I just heard about it and wanted to try it out, but it won't work. I downloaded the exe and tried to install it. This is the second attempt but every time I try to install it, it just hangs when it gets to Execute: "C:\Program Files\Rainmeter\vcredist_x86.exe" /q:a /c:"VCREDI~1.EXE /q:a /c:""msiexec /i vcredist.msi /q"" "

It's try to execute but it won't work, I have no idea why. I'm running AVG9.0 Free on this computer right now, if the AV matters, it's Vista.

I have the zip version running now but it's always nicer as a proper installation.

Have you tried leaving it there for a few minutes? If so, could you try to install vcredist_x86.exe with those parameters from the command line? File available at http://rainmeter.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/Install/runtime/vcredist_x86.exe
