How to make rainmeter skin/skins load automatically on startup?

So i have a problem with one skin that i use which simply refuses to load itself whenever i restart my pc. How do i fix this?

If a skin is loaded / activated when you shutdown your computer, it should load on startup as well. If it doesn't, my question besides eclectic-tech's question, is if you can load the skin manually? Can you?
