[Suggestion] Quick access to Skins tab in About Rainmeter
Suggestion to add way to quickly open the by right-clicking on the config.

I'd love having this! Maybe as an option that appears if you have debug mode activated.
Rainmeter is able to partially do this with !About Skins (the Config parameter of the bang has been deprecated for a reason though) and you can just make that a Context Action in the meanwhile (when I write mine i make it a Mouse Action on a Meter instead), but it would be really nice if it was a button built into the right click context menu directly.
