Agree with Yincognito here, I would not say HWiNFO is outdated; it is in fact the least outdated of your options. What is outdated is the HWiNFO plug-in, which was created by a third party and is not maintained by the HWiNFO devs. The MSI AB plug-in was created by the same guy who did the HWiNFO one, and both are ancient. Thanks to the HWiNFO devs, Rainmeter can use HWiNFO 7.x+ without any plug-in needed.
Yep, absolutely. The plugins might be old, but both worked and still work flawlessly... at least compared to other cases. One of those cases that I like when software is made properly from the start. It's great though when devs collaborate to make things smooth for everyone's benefit.
