Rainmeter Instantly closes

I just recently downloaded rainmeter on a new PC.
Every time I try to open the app It will just close after 1-3 seconds

I havent added any skins yet and
I've tried reformatting my pc and reinstalling rainmeter as a repair.
holding ctrl andopening in safemode
deleting rainmeter.ini
updating graphicscard drivers
