Permanent "Welcome to Rainmeter !" window

Hello
For a few days, I get a permanent "Welcome to Rainmeter !" window displayed (see attached file)
I would like to suppress it, but keep other Rainmeter information displayed

How can I do it ?

How can I do it ?
Right Click the Welcome to Rainmeter skin (because that's a skin of the default illustro package) and click Unload skin.
