I can't install skins

I can't install skins

Whenever I try to install a skin it says:
"Rainmeter 4.5.13.3652 or higher is required to install this package.

Get the latest version from rainmeter.net and try again."
However, I checked my rainmeter version and it says I got the latest version.
Any help?

What version of Rainmeter do you have? Check the 'Version' tab of the log and post that info here.
What skin are you trying to install? A link to that download might be helpful.

You always have the option to manually extract the rmskin package and place the files in your SKINS folder...

You better check again. The latest version of Rainmeter is 4.5.16.3687.
