Need some help with my weather

Since yesterday my skin couldn't show the weather or any else except the time and date. I check the log, and it showed "(Fetch error) unable to connect the server (ErrorCode=12029)" (ASTROWeatherAPI\TimeExtd.ini - [MeasureUpdateTimeZoneAbbrev]). How can I fix it? Thx

Hey there I have been getting rainmeter with some OS builds I get from friends to install on their computers and really like them I to am having a Weather issue after a couple restarts it just goes away if someone could help me out with this I would be grateful as my friends are really liking this too and that way I could help them out too. Now I just joined up and wanted also to say hello and that My name is Michael. I used to build houses apartments businesses shopping malls churches and pretty much at least one of almost every type of buildings ground up. Now I build computers Desk up he he. So I am doing OS installs more than most. this and the liveWallpapers are getting very popular. congrats on that. well gotta get back to it have a good day
