Hi, I reinstalled Windows and get an error: "Could not intialize the render target."
The skin is not loaded and the widgets are not displayed. Any ideas?

There are a number of reasons that error could happen. Are there any other log messages?
Since you just reinstalled Windows (you didn't say which version), you may need to make sure Windows is up to date. If you are using WIndows 7, you will need "Service Pack 1" and the "Platform update" in order to run Rainmeter. I would make sure your display drivers are up to date as well.
