[Solved] Hud.Vision Weather Plug-In

First of all: I know that this problem has been mentioned here a thousand times, but I still can't get it to work!
I've been trying to configure the weather plug-in from Hud.Vision for hours. I read several threads on this board, but none lead to a solution.
I tried out weather.com and the accuweather one, but neither one is working.

I am using the newest version of Hud.Vision (2.22) but there is really no way to get it to work.
Since I can't figure out where the problem is, I hope you can help me.

I live in Aachen Germany, so my code in the accuweather.ini is supposed to look like this right?

; Aachen
dest1=EUR|DE|GM011|AACHEN
vLABEL.DESTINATION1="Aachen"

in the weather.com.ini it looks like this:

; Aachen
dest1=GMXX0154
vLABEL.DESTINATION1="Aachen"

I know that the weather.com one is old, but since I could not get the Accu one to load, I tried this one out.

Help would be really appreciated!

And, make sure that some other net-skin is woking. Like getting your WAN-IP.
