Need help with downloading a skin

hi im kinda new to rainmeter and i just need help with something i downloaded a skin and in the directions it says:
Unpack font in Resources folder and right click > install, or previous to Vista put the font in C:/Windows/Font.
- Right click on Rainmeter system tray icon > Configs > Open Skins' Folder.
- Shift "Simplesentence 2.1" folder to Skins' Folder.
i do not have a rainmeter fonts folder and i do not know where to find it can anyone help me out?

This skin wants you to install the font for the whole computer.
Just place the font into C:/Windows/Font.
