And for whatever reason reg.exe being open can prevent the skin which made a registry change cannot be updated/reinstalled from the rmskin. @backup error.
Taskkill /f /im "reg.exe" allows the skin to get passed the @backup install error.
May be specific to if a registry change was made to Rainmeter, not sure.
