Hiya!
I just intstalled Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and Avast! Internet Security 2010, but why my windows is not recognizing any virus softwares though i have Avast! IS installed...i don't want to uninstall my Avast but i want my windows to recognize this Avast i already installed.
How to fix this problem??

Or use AVG antivirus. ;)

AVG is horrible, has a lot of false-positive reports. I would definitely stick with avast!.
I would do a reboot and if it doesn't find it it doesn't really hurt anything depending on the OS you are using I would just click the little link that says turn off messages about no antivirus warning or what not and everything will be okay. Avast will pickup anything even if it doesn't have windows confirmation. =)

Windows 7 has a lot of anti-viral measures of it's own, and many conflict with Antivirus you download.
Usually, Windows 7 will notify you of what's going on, and what needs to be changed.
If it's not being recognized... it could potentially create problems.
So ignoring no antivirus notifications isn't exactly the best idea.
If you are going to switch, I suggest Antivir and Spybot: Search and Destroy.
