Most of the instructions are in the SUITE. After installing, the Clockflare skin will load (cause it has the instructions). Click on the info symbol to listen to the instructions.
It contains one plugin: Speech by J.S Morley
That is what makes it talk.
Supported players are: AIMP, WMP, WINAMP and MUSICBEE.
For MusicBee users, go to Menu ==> Edit Preferences ==> Plugins ==> cd art Display and click Enable. That is it. You are all set.
