Core Temp vs Speed Fan

Is there a plugin or a way to display Core Temp (the program) instead of Speed Fan to make a skin for the cpu temp, cause core temp is much more accurate and display the temp of each cpu

Zero at programing, zero at writing codes, so far 2 at making images
But I'm good at copy/paste, and I not always like this

Thanks for the plugin...but the skin dont work it dont show the temp always show 0

coretemp plugin is only for xp, no vista or 7 as far as I know

forgot there is a Temperature plugin in here http://forum.rainmeter.net/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=871&start=60#p21652 does not need external program

But i really dont know how to make a skin starting from nothing and i can't find a skin using this plugin always with speed fan....
