How to change the Rainmeter Fade In effect settings?

In the Rainmeter Skins Manager menu, we can find the drop-down menu 'On hover'. I want a certain skin to fade out when I hover over it. However, I want to change how long it stays hidden after I have stopped hovering it, along with a change to the distance that triggers the fade effect from the skin itself. Basically is there any way to tweak this built-in rainmeter setting?
