I can not find out i hear radio or a mp3 file with AIMP, iTunes or others Player... please help me

I wasn't interested in finding out this in my case, and I can only talk about getting the data with a NowPlaying measure for Winamp, but generally, if you're listening to online radios, those initially come as .PLS or maybe .M3U8 (I think) playlist files, so investigating the value of the PlayerType=File option in the NowPlaying measure might offer some indication that it's an online radio playing and not a local MP3 file.
