Looking to improve my P.C. Look

Good Morning everyone! FIgured I would learn how to actually create a Live Interactive desktop for my P.C.
Home for 2 weeks from knee surgery and wanted to learn something new! Always liked the Techy look for an active desktop like you see in movies and wanted to know how to create my own, and now here I am learning something new!
Look forward to asking questions and learning new things.
I know enough to be dangerous, and even less to bring on the Blue Screen of Death! :D

Best thing is to check here to see if there is something that looks like what you want.
