Usually this caused by the fact that a running app is taking exclusiv control of the audio device and Rainmeter's AudioLevel plugin can't capture the information. Similar problems have been reported many times, for instance here. Recommend to follow the steps described in the Troubleshooting AudioLevel plugin, by Active Colors.

What do you mean by you can't get the visualizer to move?
  • You can't move it around the desktop.
  • It's not working.
If it's the former, try doing it with Ctrl pressed.

If the later, which visualizer is it and what audio plugin does it use?

Thanks!!!

I had already seen those posts and had no success with any.
I'm an advanced user and seeing a program "beat" me makes me feel like I have to return my nerd credential.
Just checking everything again, I got to a part that I had never reached in windows 10 where I found the damn problem: Low Rainmeter volume

Thanks. Solved

Ps. sory my english ;-)
