Now, THAT was amazingly ingenious.
Is there any place where I can to make those things?

I want to learn enough to make my own skins.

The best way to learn to make your own skins is to check out Rainmeter101 and the Manual. Then you can start of slow by finding skins you like and tweeking them to do what you want. Then when you're comfortable with it, you can break off and do pretty much anything.

Default Substitute="0":"No"
Package with 10 letters, the skin showed 1No mail
