Is there a path to open the "Manage Rainmeter" window?

Hi!
I'm trying to open the Manage Rainmeter window with a shortcut, but I can't find a path to it. Is there even one at all?

Make a shortcut as:
"C:\Program Files\Rainmeter\Rainmeter.exe" !Manage
This will open up Manage window.
