Lol, just thought of something.

Code: Select all

[Feed]
Measure=Plugin
Plugin=Plugins\WebParser.dll
Url=[Feed]
RegExp=(?siU)<title type="text">(.*)</title>.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T
UpdateRate=1000
StringIndex=1
Substitute=#SubstituteFeed#
Did you replace [Feed] at the very top or [Feed] in Url=[Feed] ? Should look like this:

Code: Select all

[Feed]
Measure=Plugin
Plugin=Plugins\WebParser.dll
Url=http://rss.news.yahoo.com/rss/localnews/location/?woeid=12761820&source=8869263
RegExp=(?siU)<title type="text">(.*)</title>.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T
UpdateRate=1000
StringIndex=1
Substitute=#SubstituteFeed#

So, this is the point where I slam my face into my desk for missing something stupidly basic. I just realized after looking at the code in your first post that you're using the Atom reader. The Atom and RSS readers parse differently. You can't use it on that feed. If you use the URL in a one of the Enima RSS .ini files like I showed above it'll work just fine.

so "RegExp=(?siU)<title type="text">(.*)</title>.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T.*<entry>.*CDATA\[(.*)\].* href="(.*)" />.*<updated>(.*)T" is for atom feed.

I changed the "regexp" this is my code now..
[Feed]
Measure=Plugin
Plugin=Plugins\WebParser.dll
Url=http://rss.news.yahoo.com/rss/localnews/location/?woeid=12761820&source=8869263
RegExp="(?siU)<title.*>(.*)</title>.*<link.*>(.*)</link>.*<item.*<title.*>(.*)</title>.*<link.*>(.*)</link>(?(?=.*<item).*<title.*>(.*)</title>.*<link.*>(.*)</link>)(?(?=.*<item).*<title.*>(.*)</title>.*<link.*>(.*)</link>)(?(?=.*<item).*<title.*>(.*)</title>.*<link.*>(.*)</link>)(?(?=.*<item).*<title.*>(.*)</title>.*<link.*>(.*)</link>)(?(?=.*<item).*<title.*>(.*)</title>.*<link.*>(.*)</link>)(?(?=.*<item).*<title.*>(.*)</title>.*<link.*>(.*)</link>)(?(?=.*<item).*<title.*>(.*)</title>.*<link.*>(.*)</link>)(?(?=.*<item).*<title.*>(.*)</title>.*<link.*>(.*)</link>)(?(?=.*<item).*<title.*>(.*)</title>.*<link.*>(.*)</link>)(?(?=.*<item).*<title.*>(.*)</title>.*<link.*>(.*)</link>)"
UpdateRate=1000
StringIndex=1
Substitute=#SubstituteFeed#

still does not still does not work.

Like I said, don't use the atom reader, change to one of the RSS readers.

I think it is better to read the rainmeter documentation sometime, for this read the anatomy of a skin

But I'm good at copy/paste, and I not always like this
