RSS reader won't open browser

Pretty much as the title suggests, I cannot get any RSS reader to open my browser (Firefox) when click a link.
I've google'd all over, but can't seem to find anything about this particular problem.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure that you are supposed to be able to open the links just by clicking on the title (or whatever you're clicking on)?
Did it just occured or has it always been like that?
Which skins have you tried?
Got any AV or firewall to block it?
OS?

It has happened with every skin I've used, including Enigma.
Nothing is blocking it.
And I'm using W7.

I'm not sure if you're having the same issue I was, but I had to respecify my default browser (Chrome) via the browser settings and it fixed the problem for me.
