Not saying it's an issue in this case, but in general I get a slightly creepy sensation any time I see !LoadLayout used in any kind of "test", like IfCondition or IfMatch or OnChange, and not something manual like LeftMouseUpAction. The risk of an endless loop quickly rears its ugly head if you are not really careful. Keep in mind that nothing survives a !LoadLayout that isn't physically written to the .ini file.

As you see, "my idea" was just the result of my thoughtlessness, sorry. I want to withdraw them. Please don't try them actually. LeftMouseUpAction seems to be the safe way.

It would certainly be bad to have your Layouts rapid cycling continuously.
Sorry about suggesting the !Refresh Bang. Like jsmorley said as well as balala, after !LoadLayout the entire set up is changed and all skins are reloaded as a direct result making any daisy-chained commands pointless.
