No problem. It's not the only typo in the docs, but forgot where the others were after encountering them. Plus, they're just a few typos, not critical issues anyway.

For me it works fine, both the API system and the webpage one. I don't know what time change you're refering to, but unless you talk about the "today" forecast values being 0 from some time in the afternoon (which is normal), it shouldn't have an impact.
Thanks. It was just me! I'd been fiddling around with Ultimate Windows Tweaker and must have made a change that Rainmeter didn't like. I've reset a few things, and the weather skin is working again.

Great if you got the skin working again. I'm not sure if this was the case, however note that skins parsing online information (through WebParser measures), like every weather skin does, can stop working. The issue is described here.
Not sure if Ultimate Windows Tweaker can cause this, especially that I don't use it, but I think it might be possible.
