Updated Win10 Widgets weather skins to use JSMorley's JSON data measures.
This 'patch' installs updated weather skins (5) and the required include files.
You MUST have Win10 Widgets by TJ Markham installed for this to work properly.
Updated code is only available at my DA site, to avoid having to update multiple copies!
