Plugin to change Recording Devices?

I've got two input/ recording devices. A built-in webcam microphone as well as a mod-mic with my headphones.
I wanted to know if there is a plugin to help switch between the default input devices, kind of like the audio switcher does for default output devices using the win7audio plugin.

It would be nice but I don't think Win7Audio can do that, see if you manage to change it using Nircmd
