INTERESTING!! I'm on my phone right now and my PC is off for the night. I'll try first thing in the morning with the apostrophe and post my results. The US post office recognizes my town without the apostrophe! But we shall give it a try.

Astro Weather also stopped working as of tonight... I checked all weather.com link and locations and they seem fine, but it is not displaying.

It could be a Windows update.
It happened to me a month ago that my skin would not work after a Windows update
I had to restart my PC a few times before it worked again.
