I've been needing an ultra compact weather widget that can fit unobtrusively in the title bar of an app so I made some basic edits to your "Weather Time Bar" skin. I hope that's okay. I'm only going to be sharing this here and I take no credit:
Just need to replace the contents of WeatherTimeBarHD.ini file with this: https://pastebin.com/sjvvbJ9s
