For the last 3 days the Vclouds weather skin hasn't been loading the weather, looking at the log I see a bunch of errors saying something about regexp matching error (-1)

Does anyone have a clue what this means?

Thanks

Does the Vclouds weather skin use wxdata.weather.com data source? If so, the source is deprecated, so that the skin which uses it can not work. See this page.

thanks but I am still using Rainmeter Vers. 3.3.1 r2602 64-bit at my desktop and dit not make the upgrade as I am afraid that all my skins and settings woulnd't work afterwards...
Is there any weather skin for this version that still works?

PS. at my laptop I use version 4.3.1.3321 (64-bit), would that works?

There is just no reason at all to stay on Rainmeter 3.3 unless you are still using Windows XP. All your skins will work with the latest version of Rainmeter.

As jsmorley said, why? Rainmeter skins are backward compatible, which means that if they are working on version 3.3.1 r2602 (or any other), they will on newer ones as well. Upgrade it, because a lot of improvements have been added to the newer versions of Rainmeter and it does worth to upgrade. It is absolutely up to you if you do, but definitely worth and you have no disadvantage. Right now v4.4 r3338 is out there, give it a try.

I'm using the newest beta but, both my moto widget, which showed the temp above the time & the Realistic Weather Forecast 4 have both stopped working for any outside data.

Realistic Weather on DA :: https://www.deviantart.com/hiphopium/art/Realistic-Weather-Forecast-4-691768369
and the Moto (modified) on DA :: https://www.deviantart.com/fallingtitan/art/Moto-Widget-Clock-temp-date-etc-1-715539432

They were working fine up until about Jan 15th 2020 roughly.
Any ideas to get them going again.?

Both skins are using wxdata as weather provider and this has been stopped working on 01/15. Their code have to be rewritten: https://forum.rainmeter.net/viewtopic.php?f=13&p=170376#p170376
