Rainmeter's built in measures vs. UsageMonitor.dll

So, i wonder if there is any difference either in performance, read-outs accuracy, bugs or anything else between Rainmeter's built-in measures (such as: CPU, PhysicalMemory etc.) and UsageMonitor plug-in?
