Hiya!
Today i'm struggelin with this new error message when i use Windows Mail, i don't know how to fix this very annoying problem, i have searhed a solution in web but didn't find any..so please can you help me to fix this, this email is very importatant to me cause all my messages comes to Windows Mail address.
Here's a screenshot of that error message which i received:
Here's a list of solutions which i tried and didn't work:
1. I disabled my Antivirus completely ( Avast! Antivirus 4.8 Pro ) didn't work
2. I confirmed that my Windows Mail is not using SPA (Secure Password Authentication) didn't work
3. I removed and re-created my email account, didn't work
4. I ran registry defragger, didn't work
Here's what i'm using right now:
1. Windows 7 Ultimate x86
2. Windows Mail
3. Opera Web Browser (my internet works flawlesly though, but Windows Mail not.....)

did you try with secure SSL
Zero at programing, zero at writing codes, so far 2 at making images

hmm im not sure but isnt it windows live mail on seven replacing windows mail dunno but,
why not go gmail, have it import mail from all your other accounts then you can display your messages in a lovely rainmeter skin!! hehe

Google "0x800CCC19" and you'll find many results, general concensus is the antivirus interfering.
Did you know Avast! are now on version 5, perhaps an upgrade is worth a try.

Did you also know Avast is no longer skinnable as of version 5? I'm not happy about that. Still a great antivirus, and the say they've made it even better with version 5, why do we have to lose skinning though?
