Go to Documents \ Rainmeter \ Skins \ ASTROWeather \@ Resources open the Variables file and enter the latitude and longitude for your location.
Then save and refresh the skin

I guess I just solved the problem.
For some reason the API wasnt sending the data.
After doing what you said I clicked in the update everything in Rainmeter and Nova weather also didnt update.

Then I opened my VPN and reloaded and everything worked fine, both Nova and Astro. Without the VPN there is no update.
