So my question is, with rainmeter with it being released and users have been using the product for quite some time now,
Why there has been no (Save) feature been implemented for this application ?

This application should be able to gather all installed modifications add-ons and any customizations a user had implemented
within rainmeter and completely save it for backup as well as be able to restore in case a user needs to.
Why everything is forced to be done by hand a.k.a manually" which is extremely tedious and not just going to:
file and selecting "Save Enter Layout" for backup purposes.
Well you can always make a portable version, I did that on a USB stick and I take my rainmeter with me when I go to work
